  • How does the e-ticketing system work?
All tickets are sold online, just click onto the buy tickets page. Once you make your purchase you will receive an email confirmation with your e-ticket attached which you can download and print off or keep in your emails. Upon arrival, our events team will scan your e-ticket barcode and your details will appear on our computer with what you have purchased. You will then be given your allocated wristband for the day/weekend and directed to the relevant area for parking or camping. Please note, once the e-ticket has been scanned you will not be able to scan again as the ticket will show up on the screen as already checked-in. Wristbands must be worn at all times and will be checked when entering any of our festival areas. All those without wristbands will be declined entry to the festival site.
  • Can you purchase tickets on the day?
We advise to buy tickets in advance to avoid disappointment and to save ££'s. However, tickets will be available for purchase on the day (subject to availability).

  • I can't find my e-ticket, what should I do?
Don't panic! But also don't leave it until last minute. When you purchase your tickets you will get an email confirmation (this is your ticket). If you have misplaced this email then please give us a call on 01827 830389 and the team will be able to re-send this to you.
  • Are bookings refundable?
Sorry, tickets are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your booking please give our bookings team a call on 01827 830389 and they will talk you through the next steps depending on the cancellation needs.
